Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure protection during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
