The Cadence Performance MP Insole is a thin, low-profile version of the EX+MP that provides mid foot support with an unstructured heel for enhanced shock-absorbing comfort and relief under and around the heel. The built-in metatarsal pad provides additional support under the transverse arch of the forefoot improving pressure distribution and reducing stress. It is intended for those with low to medium arches and works well in both low to high volume footwear. The Performance MP helps alleviate and prevent common injuries such as plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, Morton’s Neuroma, shin splints, iliotibial band syndrome, achilles tendonitis and other conditions of the foot, knee, and hip.
